Payment Terms & Conditions

“Credit” is the prepaid balance in your account. 1 credit = Rp1.

“Paid Module” is a portal feature designated by the admin as paid, along with its per-use rate.

“Top-up” is credit purchase via QRIS.

Top-ups are made via QRIS using the denominations available on the Credits page.

Each top-up order is valid for 30 minutes. Unpaid orders expire automatically and cannot be paid afterwards — please create a new order.

Credits are added to your wallet after the payment is verified by the payment gateway. Status can be tracked on the Transactions page.

Each use of a paid module deducts credit according to the rate set by the admin.

Rates may change at any time. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of use.

For SHP generation: the fee is charged per generation process, deducted before generation runs.

The polygon you generate is FINAL — it cannot be changed into a different polygon. Make sure the shape, position, and area are correct before pressing generate.

Modifying the polygon after payment counts as a new generation and will incur a new charge.

If generation fails, you will be directed to regenerate first.

Regenerating the same (unchanged) polygon does not incur an additional charge.

Refunds are only issued when a paid process genuinely fails, upon your request via the “Request Refund” button.

Credits already in your wallet cannot be cashed out or withdrawn in any form.

Abuse of the service, including manipulation of payment or generation processes, is prohibited.

We may suspend accounts proven to commit payment fraud.
